Yolanda helped me understand what caused this behaviour instead of just punishing it. The guidance from her to a positive  shift has been incredible. Our relationship is stronger than ever, and my children now opens up to me instead of shutting down. Openly communicates their needs and understand when explained why we can’t meet it . I feel the impact of Yolanda and her understanding people is much greater than "parenting" or "relationship ", yes, she is obviously amazing at those fields, with the clear understanding that a change in relationship comes from within, but moreover, she can help ANYONE, going through anything. We were all there, we were all stuck at some point, her energy process, have helped me move forward from being stuck in order to understand exactly what is happening, any human can use what Yolanda has to offer, even if your relationship is fine, and if it isn't? I can honestly say that I did not expect to engage her as a coach when we first spoke. However, I very quickly felt so at ease, and that her support and guidance was exactly what I needed. Yolanda's approach meets you exactly where you are at. She is grounded and practical, yet works at such a deep emotional level that is so multifaceted, it affects all areas of your life. I highly recommend Yolanda‘s coaching and counseling services. The insights gained into my behavior, my patterns, beliefs and mindset have been a game changer in many areas of my life. I felt overwhelmed. I was reluctant to reach out for support but knew i needed support and guidance. I was parented very differently from the way I am required to parent today. I'm so happy to share the progress I have had with my son. Last night he slept in his own bed of his own accord. Everything he has done, from staying with others, to walking into shops without me and even now sleeping in a different bed from me, has all happened naturally and organically with no force from me. Before I started this journey with Emotional Mastery, I was very much stuck in vicious cycles and patterns of experiencing moments of joy, only to regress afterward. Now I can stay in my state of joy with my family. Its been great to show the kids that mum can be happy and achieve things as well.

My life was a cycle of being the victim. It was old patterns and habits that only served negativity. Yolanda provided me with the path, gave me the right tools to change, and offered endless support. I am now on my way to being victorious and courageous.
