Yolanda came at a time when I became unemployed and had struggles with my then 7 year old whom I was constantly nagging at, while trying to think about what my next role! Since having Yolanda, she's helped me in all of these aspects and identified my blind spots and gave me the tools to achieve in all areas of my life. I felt overwhelmed. I was reluctant to reach out for support but knew i needed support and guidance. I was parented very differently from the way I am required to parent today. I'm so happy to share the progress I have had with my son. Last night he slept in his own bed of his own accord. Before I started this journey with Emotional Mastery, I was very much stuck in vicious cycles and patterns of experiencing moments of joy, only to regress afterward. Now I can stay in my state of joy with my family. Its been great to show the kids that mum can be happy and achieve things as well.

My life was a cycle of being the victim. It was old patterns and habits that only served negativity. Yolanda provided me with the path, gave me the right tools to change, and offered endless support. I am now on my way to being victorious and courageous.
