Do You believe in You?
 
The only person that needs to believe in You is… You!
 
The level of trust we feel we receive from those around us is limited to the level of Trust we have in ‘ourselves’.
 
The level of belief we have in our kids and in those closest to us is limited to the level of belief we have in ‘ourselves’.
 
We subconsciously, permit ourselves to receive, what we first give ourselves.
 
People meet us where we are at, and where we are at – is OUR Choice.
 
What have you been feeling the lack of in your life? And in your relationships?
 
Is it lack of trust, love, acceptance or support?
 
Our external world is a 3D image of our inner subconscious thoughts.
 
Here are 3 tips, you can use to uplift yourself and take back control of how you put yourself forward to your external world:
 
1. Observe the language you use with yourself ie. pay close attention to your inner voice.
 
Become your own best friend.
 
When you catch yourself putting yourself down, ask; what would a true friend say to me at this time, about this situation?
 
2. Bring to mind a time in your life when you succeeded and feel pride about your achievement.
 
Make a list of the qualities you had to tap into to achieve that success.
 
Write those qualities down on sticky notes.
 
Stick them up around your space where you can see them. Let this be your identity. Focus on this part of you.
 
3. Look for opportunities to encourage and uplift others; your kids and other people around you.
 
As you do this, you are tapping into this positive uplifting energy and becoming one with it within yourself!
